1 General Terms

Welcome to the gt9o platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between gt9o ("we", "platform") and all its users ("you", "member"). By using the gt9o website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to comply fully with these terms.

gt9o operates an online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. Our services include live casino, slots, sportsbook, fishing games, and other digital gaming products. 2 Account Registration

2.2 — Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username, password, and other login details completely confidential. Do not share your login information with any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, notify the support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

gt9o reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. We may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other valid documents proving age and identity. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until identity verification is complete.

Under the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may collect the following information:

• Copy of a government-issued identity document
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Declaration regarding the source of funds (if required)

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 — Deposits

gt9o currently accepts Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. No additional fees apply at the time of deposit.

4.2 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. In some cases this may vary due to additional verification procedures or bank working hours. Account KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement on a bonus has been met.
• We reserve the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• If you wish to cancel or amend a withdrawal request, you must notify support before processing begins.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The gt9o welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Claiming this bonus will apply a 15x wagering requirement, meaning the total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 15 times.

5.1 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the offer description.
• To convert bonus funds into real funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be activated unless specifically permitted.
• A bonus applies only to the user in whose name the account is registered.
• gt9o reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account may be held for investigation.

5.2 — VIP Program

The gt9o VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity. Cashback rates are as follows:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week

Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week. Other VIP tier benefits may change from time to time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the gt9o platform are supplied by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game. If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, gt9o reserves the right to consider the last valid result.

• All bet outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of a network disconnection, the result saved on the server will be considered final.
• In sports betting, odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• If misconduct or manipulation is found in any game or bet, the related winnings will be voided.
• Winnings arising from a software error or technical fault will be considered void.

7 Responsible Gaming

gt9o places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We always encourage users to set their own limits and stick to them.

The following self-control features are available on the gt9o platform:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Temporarily suspending the account for a set period (cooling-off period)
• Permanent self-exclusion — once activated, this cannot easily be reversed
• Setting betting limits

8 Account Suspension and Closure

gt9o may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Bonus abuse or betting manipulation
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Hacking, fraud, or use of unauthorized software
• Threats or harassment towards other users or staff

After an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

All content on the gt9o website — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and designs — is the intellectual property of gt9o or the relevant content providers. Copying, distributing, or publishing this content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.
